MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM INTEGRATIF PESANTREN MADRASAH DI PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN AR-RIDHO SENTUL

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perubahan dan perkembangan zaman pada masa kini. Utamanya dalam dunia pesantren yang semakin hari semakin banyak lembaga pesantren yang berdiri dan menggunakan berbagai macam system dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran didalamnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yang pertama adalah untuk mendeskripsikan model kurikulum yang telah dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Ar-Ridhoo Sentul. Kemudiantujuan yang kedua dalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pengintegrasian yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Ar-Ridho Sentul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Kemudian untuk data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan prosedur analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Ar-Ridho Sentul menunjukkan bahwa pihak lembaga mempunyai model kurikulum tersendiri di dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan kurikulum integrative di Madrasah Aliyah Ponodk Pesantren Modern Ar-ridho Sentul yaitu dengan menyatukan penggunaan kalender pendidikan dan rencana kegiatan akademik milik pesantren dan madrasah secara bersama-sama. Kemudian mengintegrasikan pengawasan yang dilakukan antara pimpinan pondok, pengasuh pondok, direktur KMI, dan kepala madrasah.
