Abstract

This study aims to determine the design and implementation of the Muslim Mulia Cinta Ilmu (MMCI) program to develop students' reading literacy development at a private school in Bogor City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used is thematic analysis referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that implementing the MMCI program as an innovation program in reading literacy is the school's core program by implementing structured reading habits.
