ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DI SDN KEBONJATI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam praktik pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana guru memahami karakteristik peserta didik, menyusun perencanaan, serta menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah berupaya mengoptimalkan kompetensi pedagogiknya, meskipun masih ditemui kendala berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, tingginya beban administratif, dan minimnya pelatihan. Dengan demikian, diperlukan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan agar pengembangan kompetensi guru lebih maksimal.
