KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM MELALUI SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN DI MTS AL-AMANAH

Studi ini meneliti efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Mts Al-amanah, dengan fokus pada praktik supervisi pembelajaran oleh para guru. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis manajemen supervisi pembelajaran siswa, mencakup tahap perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi lanjutan. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi fokus utama, dengan target peningkatan mutu pengajaran aspek keagamaan. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian melibatkan kepala sekolah, staf pengajar, dan peserta didik sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan telaah dokumen. Proses analisis meliputi penyaringan data, penyajian informasi, dan perumusan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian mengungkap tiga aspek kunci: (1) mekanisme pengawasan proses belajar siswa, (2) elemen pendukung dan penghambat dalam supervisi yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran, serta (3) urgensi peran guru dalam fungsi supervisi.
