ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM PADA SEKTOR RITEL DI DESA PULAU BETUNG

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran etika bisnis Islam pada sektor ritel di Desa Pulau Betung, Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun dalam menganalisis data menggunakan alat analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam sebagai strategi dalam sektor ritel di Pulau Betung, Jambi berperan signifikan dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang lebih adil dan transparan. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti biaya kepatuhan dan risiko pasar, bisnis yang tetap berpegang pada nilai-nilai etika Islam memiliki peluang untuk membedakan diri dan memperkuat hubungan dengan komunitas. Dengan strategi yang tepat dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi, bisnis ritel ini mampu mengatasi ancaman eksternal dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar pengusaha ritel di Desa Pulau Betung terus mengedepankan etika bisnis Islam dalam operasional sehari-hari dan memanfaatkan peluang pasar dengan menambah variasi produk yang ditawarkan. Dengan strategi ini, diharapkan bisnis ritel di desa tersebut dapat terus berkembang dan bersaing secara efektif dalam industri yang semakin kompetitif.
