MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN DALAM PEMBINAAN KARAKTER ISLAMI SISWA STUDI KASUS DI SDIT BENING

Tujuan penyelidikan ini adalah agar dapat melihat cara manajemen kesiswaan menumbuhkan karakter Islami siswa di SDIT Bening. Fokus penelitian adalah tentang bagaimana manajemen kesiswaan membangun karakter Islami murid. Studi Kasus seperti ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan desain studi kasus. untuk menyelami fenomena yang sedang diteliti secara lebih mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pengamatan, percakapan, dan penelaahan dokumen. Informasi yang telah diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan memakai model analisis interaktif yang dirumuskan oleh Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan di sekolah telah dilaksanakan dengan cara yang terstruktur dan sistematis di SDIT Bening untuk membangun karakter Islami siswa. Sekolah merancang berbagai program pembinaan karakter pada tahap perencanaan, yang dimasukkan ke dalam kurikulum dan kebijakan sekolah. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, pembinaan karakter dicapai melalui kegiatan religius seperti shalat dhuha berjamaah, tahsin dan tilawati Al-Qur'an, program tahfidz, dan penerapan adab Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sementara itu, manajemen kesiswaan berperan penting dalam mengembangkan karakter Islami para pelajar melalui program yang direncanakan, pelaksanaan yang konsisten, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Ini dilakukan melalui penilaian sikap siswa, koordinasi antara guru dan siswa, dan pengamatan perilaku siswa.
