PERAN PENGURUS ORGANISASI ( PERMADANA/I ) DALAM PENANGANAN BULLYING DI PONDOK PESANTREN MODERN PERPADUAN DAARUL MUGHNI AL-MAALIKI

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa peran pengurus organisasi PERMADANA/I dalam penanganan bullying di pondook pesantren modern perpaduan daarul mughni al-maaliki. , metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi selama pengumpulan data dan analisis berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengurus organisasi PERMADANA/I telah menjalankan peran mereka secara efektif. Tanggung jawab mereka telah terwujud melalui berbagai inisiatif, termasuk penyelenggaraan kompetisi olahraga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keakraban antar santri, serta pembentukan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat dan kungfu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bela diri santri. Ketua pengurus juga telah memperketat peraturan terkait tindakan bullying, dengan kebijakan bahwa pelanggaran yang tetap terjadi setelah peringatan pertama akan mengakibatkan pemulangan pelaku ke orang tua atau pengeluaran dari institusi, tanpa memberikan hukuman ringan atau sedang. Langkah ini diambil untuk mencegah segala bentuk bullying, baik fisik maupun verbal, guna menciptakan lingkungan pondok pesantren yang aman dan nyaman bagi semua santri dan mendukung kelancaran proses belajar mengajar.
