PELAKSANAAN HIDDEN CURRICULUM PADA PROGRAM PESAT METHOD DALAM UPAYA PENGUATAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP PESAT BOGOR

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengimplementasian hidden curriculum pada program pesat method dalam upaya penguatan karakter peserta didik di smp pesat bogor. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan penedekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan hidden curriculum dalam program pesat method yang diluncurkan oleh SMP PESAT Bogor sudah berdiri sejak 12 tahun yang lalu, dan sudah sampai di angkatan ke 12. Kegiatan didalamnya berupa penguatan keagamaan yang menjadi pondasi utama dalam penguatan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik. Program ini terus dikembangkan melalui pengawasan yang terintegrasi dengan ICT yang dinamakan Control Improvement System dan cukup berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan karakter peserta didik.
