STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIGITAL MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL DALAM PENERIMAAN SISWA BARU DI BAMBRUNG ISLAM SCHOOL THAILAND SELATAN

Pemasaran digital merupakan strategi penting bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi persaingan penerimaan siswa baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemasaran digital melalui facebook dan whatsapp pada penerimaan siswa baru di Bambrung Islam School Thailand Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kasus instrumental. Berbagai data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan bentuk interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup: data reduction, data display dan conclusions. Pengujian data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa facebook merupakan media sosial utama yang dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan citra sekolah dan penyebaran informasi secara luas, dan whatsapp sebagai sarana komunikasi administratif untuk menindaklanjuti proses pendaftaran. Strategi ini sangat berkontribusi pada peningkatan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru meskipun masih banyak kendala dalam pengelolaan dan evaluasi pemasaran digital.
