Manajemen waktu pembelajaran merupakan kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki guru dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna, khususnya di sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum terpadu antara Pendidikan agama dan akademik. Pengelolaan waktu yang kurang optimal dapat berdampak pada terbatasnya interaksi pedagogis antara guru dan siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen waktu pembelajaran serta implikasinya terhadap interaksi guru dan siswa di Thamavitya Mulniti School Yala, Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian meliputi guru, siswa dan kepala sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan waktu pembelajaran telah disusun secara sistematis, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi kendala akibat padatnya materi dan keterbatasan durasi pembelajaran. Interaksi guru dan siswa tetap terjalin, tetapi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen waktu pembelajaran berimplikasi langsung terhadap kualitas interaksi pedagogis di kelas.
