ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA SDN 3 SELAJAMBE

Pendidikan karakter religius menjadikan acuan penting untuk menjadikan suatu generasi yang beriman, berakhlak baik, serta bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi, hambatan, serta evaluasi program pengembangan karakter religius di SDN 3 Selajambe. Penelitian memakai pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Informan penelitian melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, serta orang tua, sedangkan analisis data dikerjakan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi, penyajian, serta menarikan kesimpulan, menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Dari hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa program pengembangan karakter religius dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan rutinan yaitu sholat dhuha berjamaah, kultum, tadarus Al-Qur’an, setoran hafalan, serta berdoa bersama. Program ini berdampak positif terhadap disiplin ibadah, sopan santun, serta kepedulian sosial siswa. Namun, hambatan utama ditemukan pada rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua, pengaruh negatif teknologi digital, keterbatasan waktu, dan perbedaan kemampuan siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala melalui catatan hafalan, pengamatan sikap, dan refleksi guru. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan karakter religius akan lebih optimal jika dilakukan secara holistik dengan melibatkan sinergi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, serta didukung sistem evaluasi yang konsisten dan berkesinambungan.
