PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE CIRC TERHADAP LITERASI BACA TULIS SISWA KELAS 4 SD PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS

Kemampuan Literasi di SDN Sindangsari (Boteng) masih tergolong rendah. Guru harus lebih kreatif dalam penggunaan model atau metode ketika melakukan belajar mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sebelumnya sudah direncanakan. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Pre-experimental design, menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Temuan hasil pada penelitian ini, berdasarkan Rapor PBD mengalami penerunan dari 2022-2023 sebesar 3,25%, kemudian mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2022-2024 sebesar 17,85% dan terdapat catatan bahwa harus adanya upaya yang mendorong siswa agar dapat mencapai kompetensi minimum dari kemampuan literasi. Analisis terhadap data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa dengan nilai rata rata sebesar 10,2. Uji T-test sebesar <.001 menyatakan hipotesis nol (H₀) tidak dapat diterima, dan hipotesis alternatif (H₁) dinyatakan terbukti. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut ditemukan simpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan metode CIRC terhadap literasi baca tulis siswa kelas 4 sd pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SDN Sindangsari (Boteng).
