PENGEMBANGAN MODEL SUPERVISI DENGAN METODE COACHING BERBASIS TAUHID DI PONDOK PESANTREN NURUL HARAMAIN

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model supervisi akademik berbasis coaching yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai tauhid sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembinaan guru di lingkungan pesantren. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D, yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Pada tahap awal, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Model dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip coaching dan nilai-nilai tauhid untuk membangun pendekatan supervisi yang reflektif dan spiritual. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa buku panduan supervisi, kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli konten, ahli bahasa, serta diuji kepada kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai pengguna. Hasil validasi menunjukkan model ini berada dalam kategori “layak” hingga “sangat layak” dengan respons positif terhadap kejelasan struktur, kedalaman materi, serta nilai-nilai keislaman yang diterapkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut tidak hanya relevan dengan konteks pesantren, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendekatan supervisi yang lebih holistik, memperkuat profesionalitas dan karakter spiritual guru. Model ini berpotensi untuk diadaptasi lebih luas di berbagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis nilai.
