Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-fktor pendukung keberhasilan penerapan kebijakan sekolah ramah anak (SRA) di SMP Negeri 1 Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik dengan alat bantu NVivo 12. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data yang ditemukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber.
Hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan faktor-faktor pendukung yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan kebijakan SRA di SMP Negeri 1 Tenjolaya ditemukan faktor internal, faktor eksternal dan peran guru BK dalam memastikan keberhaslan SRA
