PENGELOLAAN PERENCANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ABAD 21

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan pembelajaran digital abad 21 di MAN 4 Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada empat informan; kepala madrasah, guru fisika, lalu bidang kurikulum dan kepala laboratorium multimedia dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dilakukan secara sistematis melalui penetapan tujuan berbasis visi madrasah, analisis SWOT, dan penyusunan RPP digital. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa madrasah telah menerapkan pendekatan student-centered learning dan model paperless melalui integrasi LMS dan perangkat digital lainnya. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya akses internet, di mana hanya beberapa ruangan yang terjangkau dan belum seluruh area sekolah dapat menggunakan Wi-Fi. Kesimpulannya, perencanaan pembelajaran digital di MAN 4 Bogor telah dirancang secara kolaboratif, strategis, dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan abad 21.
