PERAN GURU SEBAGAI EVALUATOR TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PENILAIAN PROSES DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS TINGGI DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Peran guru sebagai evaluator merupakan peran dimana guru memiliki tugas dan kewajiban dalam mengundang kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru sebagai evaluator terhadap minat belajar siswa melalui penilain proses dan hasil belajar siswa kelas tinggi di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif dengan Metode Studi Kasus untuk memperoleh data yang mendalam melalui, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan kepala sekolah dan guru kelas tinggi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai evaluator mempunyai tugas dan kewajiban dalam menyalakan setelah kegiatan pembelajaran selesai, meskipun terdapat tantangan dan hambatan seperti masalah alat bantu dan waktu yang terbatas. Namun guru yang memiliki peran ini tentunya dapat menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran serta dapat melihat minat belajar siswa.
