The Bogor Career Center program represents a strategic initiative to address employment issues in Bogor Regency through collaborative governance. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of this collaborative approach to determine its effectiveness and sustainability. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, focusing on data collected from interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the program leverages strong partnerships among stakeholders, a clear division of roles, and innovative solutions to unemployment challenges. However, it faces constraints such as limited resources, inconsistent coordination, and external socio-economic threats. The analysis also reveals significant opportunities to expand the program's impact through enhanced stakeholder engagement and policy support. The conclusion highlights that while the collaborative governance framework shows promise, addressing its weaknesses and mitigating threats is essential for maximizing its potential in contributing to regional development.
