PERSEPSI GURU TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIGITALISASI SEKOLAH DI ERA PASCA PANDEMI DI SDN CIBEUREUM 01

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendukung kebijakan digitalisasi sekolah di masa setelah pandemi sebagai bagian dari transformasi pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Meskipun pemerintah telah menyediakan sejumlah alat teknologi dan platform, masih ada perbedaan antara kebijakan nasional dan pelaksanaannya di tingkat sekolah, terutama terkait kesiapan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru melihat kebijakan digitalisasi sekolah di SDN Cibeureum 01. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Di sisi lain, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan reduksi data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pendidik menilai kebijakan digitalisasi cukup efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan pengelolaan sekolah, terutama bagi guru yang mahir menggunakan teknologi. Namun demikian, masih ada beberapa hambatan, seperti kurangnya pelatihan, variasi dalam kemampuan teknologi, dan keterbatasan sumber daya digital. Penelitian ini menekankan betapa pentingnya meningkatkan pelatihan, memberikan bimbingan teknologi, dan memberikan dukungan kebijakan sekolah yang fleksibel untuk mendukung transformasi digital pendidikan.
