KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM PENGELOLAAN KELAS BERBASIS SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL) STUDI KASUS DI SDN TAJUR 1

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berbasis Social Emotional Learning (SEL) di SDN Tajur 1. Fokus penelitian meliputi tiga aspek utama, yaitu keterampilan guru dalam menciptakan iklim kelas yang mendukung perkembangan sosial emosional siswa, keterampilan guru dalam mengelola perilaku dan disiplin siswa berbasis nilai-nilai SEL, serta keterampilan guru dalam membangun interaksi dan komunikasi yang mendukung pembelajaran sosial emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berupaya menciptakan iklim kelas yang kondusif dengan memahami karakter dan kondisi emosional siswa, menggunakan strategi komunikasi non-verbal (senyum, kontak mata, sentuhan fisik), serta menata ruang kelas yang nyaman. Dalam aspek pengelolaan perilaku dan disiplin, guru menekankan pembentukan karakter melalui empati, tanggung jawab, dan refleksi diri, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai SEL dalam mata pelajaran. Sementara itu, keterampilan interaksi dan komunikasi guru ditunjukkan melalui hubungan yang hangat, terbuka, dan setara dengan siswa sehingga mampu mendorong partisipasi aktif dan rasa percaya diri. Secara keseluruhan, keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berbasis SEL di SDN Tajur 1 berkontribusi tidak hanya pada keberhasilan akademik, tetapi juga pada perkembangan sosial emosional siswa
