KESADARAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DAN MULTIKULTURAL DI SEKOLAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak lingkungan sekolah terhadap Sistem pendidikan saat ini lebih fokus pada akademik daripada moral dan emosional siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif kurikulum mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral dan multikultural, serta bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada sikap terhadap toleransi dan harmoni sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif terhadap berbagai sumber dan praktik pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dan multikulturalisme mampu meningkatkan sikap toleransi, menghargai keberagaman, dan memperkuat solidaritas di kalangan siswa dengan menggunakan metode seperti simulasi, diskusi, dan kegiatan di dunia nyata. Untuk keberhasilannya, implementasi yang sistematis dan dukungan dari seluruh masyarakat sangat penting.
