PERAN GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS DI SMP ALMABAR

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam menerapkan budaya religius di SMP Almabar melalui pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus eksploratori. Fokus penelitian meliputi internalisasi karakter uswah hasanah oleh guru dan pembentukan adab belajar siswa dalam konteks digital yang menghadapi tantangan konten tanpa filter dan orientasi duniawi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, observasi partisipatif aktivitas keagamaan, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai teladan Islami dengan menyisipkan nilai zakat dalam pembelajaran Matematika, storytelling keagamaan dalam Bahasa Indonesia, dan memimpinsholatberjamaah untuk menumbuhkan nilai kejujuran, kesabaran, dan tanggung jawab. Adanya kolaborasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, komite, dan orang tua melalui rapat triwulan dan komunikasi digital mendukung keberlanjutan program religius meski sarana terbatas. Model ini memadukan teori Social Learning dan integrasi kurikulum nilai, menunjukkan adaptasi kontekstual yang dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah lain. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pendidikan Islam dengan menawarkan model manajemen berbasis sekolah partisipatif yang mengedepankan keteladanan guru dan adab siswa sebagai kunci penguatan karakter religi.
