Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional yang digunakan oleh sebagian besar penduduk dunia untuk berkomunikasi. Pengetahuan bahasa Inggris dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris sangat penting dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, khususnya di bidang pendidikan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis isi percakapan dalam sebuah poster Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis isi. Sehingga didapatkan pengetahuan baru bahwa dalam sebuah percakapan tidak hanya terdapat satu Tenses melainkan bisa lebih memiliki banyak Tenses. Pada percakapan yang peneliti analisis terdapat 2 Tenses yakni, Present Perfect dan Past Simple, Kedua Tenses tersebut memiliki fungsinya masing-masing
