Thamavithya Mulniti School Thailand telah mengalami fase krisis dimana terjadi penurunan jumlah santri atau disebut juga fase survival kemudian dapat bangkit kembali disebut fase growth. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis strategi survival dan growth yang dijalankan oleh sekolah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada fase survival, sekolah menerapkan strategi manajemen adaptif melalui penguatan kepemimpinan, efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya, serta penyesuaian program pendidikan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Pada fase growth, strategi manajemen difokuskan pada pengembangan kualitas layanan pendidikan, penguatan citra lembaga, inovasi program unggulan, serta perluasan jejaring kemitraan.
