Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) guna mendukung terwujudnya Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SD Amaliah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara daring menggunakan media Google Form. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan strategi pengembangan SDM dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, serta orang tua. Proses ini mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penetapan tujuan, penyusunan program, hingga pengalokasian sumber daya yang diperlukan. Strategi yang dirancang difokuskan pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dan tenaga kependidikan agar mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, serta menjunjung tinggi hak-hak anak. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman terkait model perencanaan strategis pengembangan SDM yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Sekolah Ramah Anak pada jenjang pendidikan dasar.
