Implementasi Seni Musik dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Emosional Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Dasar

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk tanggapan atas rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran seni musik bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di SDN Pamungguan. Guru masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, mulai dari penyusunan materi yang sesuai, pemanfaatan instrumen musik secara optimal, hingga penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat menstimulasi perkembangan emosional peserta didik. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, kegiatan ini dirancang guna memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan seni musik sebagai sarana pengembangan kecerdasan emosional ABK. Rangkaian kegiatan mencakup observasi lingkungan sekolah, sesi sosialisasi, Focus Group Discussion, pelatihan yang memadukan teori dan praktik, pendampingan langsung, serta pengukuran capaian melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian memperlihatkan kemajuan yang berarti, ditandai dengan peningkatan skor evaluasi guru sebesar 35% dan meningkatnya kemampuan mereka merancang aktivitas musik yang lebih adaptif. Sekitar 70% siswa ABK juga menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam motivasi, keterlibatan, dan ekspresi emosional. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas guru dan sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran seni musik yang inklusif turut mengalami peningkatan signifikan.
