PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Production Division 3 of PT ABC in Tangerang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The respondents of this study were all employees in Production Division 3, with a population of 100 employees and all of them were samples in this study. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test using SPSS 24 software. The results of this study found that the results of the hypothesis test obtained an F-count value> F-table or 195.980> 3.090 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT ABC in Tangerang.
Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi produksi 3 PT ABC di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Divisi Produksi 3, dengan populasi yang berjumlah 100 orang karyawan dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis data, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung > F-tabel atau 195,980 > 3,090 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ABC di Tangerang.
