Efektivitas Model Kecerdasan Majemuk dan Spiritual terhadap Kesiapan Penentuan Jurusan

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kesiapan penentuan jurusan siswa SMP yang masih dipengaruhi faktor eksternal dan belum sepenuhnya berbasis pemahaman potensi diri serta kematangan reflektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Model Kecerdasan Majemuk dan Spiritual dalam meningkatkan kesiapan penentuan jurusan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen tipe nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa kelas IX yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kesiapan penentuan jurusan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data menggunakan uji t independen, uji peningkatan N-Gain, dan perhitungan effect size (Cohen’s d). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor posttest kelompok eksperimen (78,37) lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibanding kelompok kontrol (59,17) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Nilai N-Gain kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,5191 (kategori sedang), sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,1195 (kategori rendah). Effect size sebesar 2,44 menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat besar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan majemuk dan kecerdasan spiritual dalam layanan bimbingan akademik efektif meningkatkan kesiapan penentuan jurusan siswa secara signifikan dan substantif.
