Evaluasi Kinerja Program Supervisi Pengajaran sebagai Upaya Penguatan Profesionalisme Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja program supervisi kepala sekolah sebagai upaya penguatan profesionalisme guru di SMAN 1 Jejangkit, salah satu sekolah yang berlokasi di wilayah lahan basah Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam untuk menilai relevansi, efektivitas, dan keberlanjutan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program supervisi kepala sekolah telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat kendala pada aspek proses dan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. Supervisi kepala sekolah terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui bimbingan, pembinaan, dan refleksi terhadap praktik pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMAN 1 Jejangkit berkontribusi positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah lahan basah, dengan catatan perlunya peningkatan pada aspek pelatihan berkelanjutan dan monitoring hasil supervisi.
