DAMPAK NARSISME PEMIMPIN TERHTERDAPATP KINERJA ORGANISASI: TINJAUAN LITERATUR MULTILEVEL PADA TINGKAT INDIVIDU, TIM, DAN ORGANISASI

Narsisme pemimpin adalah konstruk kepribadian multifaset yang ditandai oleh kebesaran diri dan kebutuhan akan kekaguman, yang dapat berinteraksi dengan sifat-sifat "Dark Triad" lainnya. Dalam kepemimpinan, narsisme menunjukkan karakteristik paradoksal: di satu sisi, ia dapat memicu karisma dan visi ambisius, bahkan mendorong perilaku ESG yang positif; di sisi lain, kebutuhan validasi yang berlebihan dapat berujung pada eksploitasi dan konsekuensi negatif signifikan. Tinjauan literatur ini menganalisis dampak narsisme pemimpin secara multilevel, dari tingkat individu, tim, hingga organisasi, berdasarkan Teori Aktivasi Sifat dan Teori Sosio Analitik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa narsisme pemimpin dapat memicu perilaku kontraproduktif bawahan, meningkatkan turnover tim, serta mempengaruhi kualitas organisasi. Namun, keterampilan politik dapat memoderasi dampak narsisme menjadi lebih efektif. Tinjauan ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan konseptual, metodologis, dan empiris, serta mengusulkan arah penelitian masa depan untuk menjelaskan kompleksitas fenomena ini.
