1945 constitutional of indonesia, classroom management is necessary to support a smooth, effective learning process and to achieve educational objectives.professional teacher are expected to design teaching system aligned with student characteristics to create comfortable and effective classroom.
Purpose - this study aims to evalute the implementation of effective classroom management at MTS Ar-Rasyidul Karim and to explore how these practicess support the learning process, particulary in english language lessons methodology - the study employed a qualitative kethod, with data collection incluiding interviews, observation, and documentation. data were gethred from the english teaching procesing in calss VIII B of MTS Ar-Rasyidu
