LEGAL PROTECTION FOR HOME BUYERS FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT COMMITTED BY THE DEVELOPER

Abstract

Purpose - To find out and analyze legal protection for home buyers for breaches of contract committed by
developers.
methodology - The approach method used in this research is normative juridical, namely by using literature
studies with a statute approach and case studies, which aim to understand the application of legal norms to facts.
Findings - The normative juridical research stage uses literature study, but if necessary, interviews can be
conducted to complete the literature study
Originality - This paper begins with an overview of previous research in this area and then moves on to what is currently being implemented to provide legal protection under applicable law.
