Abstract

Background - Technological developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 have created artificial intelligence
which is often known as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Besides its benefits in helping humans to facilitate activities In
everyday life, there are large losses that cause various problems one of the laws is cyber crime by manipulating
voices and faces as well as victim data for pornography with deepfake technology
Purpose - Cybercrime with elements of pornography, women are the majority of victims online gender-based
violence (KBGO). This crime is challenge for the Government and Law Enforcement Officials to provide legal
protection for victims considering that the law cannot be static and It is elastic, which means that the law must
follow developments over time.
methodology - The approach method used is a normative juridical approach or also called the statutory
approach, that is, the approach which is used to review all regulations or laws relating to legal issues or legal
problems in question. researched.
Findings - The research results show that the Government is obliged to provide preventive (prevention) legal
protection by providing counseling the community to access legal protection and create special regulations that
regulate Artificial Intelligence more broadly to realize legal protection for victims of gender-based violence online
(KBGO) as well as repressive legal protection (law enforcement and recovery) by realizing law enforcement, the
judicial process siding with the victim and harsh punishment for the perpetrators of the crime then providing
rehabilitation, adequate restitution for victims, remembering detrimental impact on victims both psychologically,
emotionally and also social.
