The Influence of Motivation and Education Level on Human Resource Performance at the Faculty of Law, University of Lampung
Abstract
Background - This study aims to find out the motivation and level of education on the performance of human
resources. This study uses a quantitative approach where data processing is carried out statistically. The
population in this study is the Faculty of Law, University of Lampung with a total of 65 respondents. The data used
in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire in the data collection, so the source of respondent data,
namely people who respond or answer statements, both written and orally to each respondent through a
questionnaire with resource persons from the University of Lampung. The results of this study show that
motivation and education level have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on Human
Resource Performance
