Abstract

Background - Employees experience obstacles in working related to environmental factors and motivation at this
time. One of the main problems is the location of workplace 1 and the others are quite far and there are no work
aids, lack of concern from superiors towards employees which can reduce employee performance, As an effort to
improve employee performance is to create a conducive work environment that motivates employees to work
better. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance,
Work Motivation on Employee Performance, and the Effect of the Work Environment and Work Motivation
simultaneously on Employee Performance, data collection methods in this study. By using a saturated sample of
30 employees of PB. Giri Jaya Putra, the sample was determined. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques
data using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple analysis techniques,
coefficient of determination, significance tests. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Performance.
