THE EFFECT OF CURRENT RATIO AND RETURN ON ASSETS ON TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER (A Case Study of LQ-45 Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2020-2024)

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of current ratio and return on assets on total
asset turnover in LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024.
Methodology: This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population consists of
companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2024
according to data from www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 19 LQ-45
companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.
Finding: The results showed that the current ratio and return on assets had an effect on total asset
turnover.
